1:29:22 :: 14 miles

Moderate run, hard finish. Legs were about 70%, much better than yesterday. Took a few miles to shake out, feeling better around 7-8 miles. Most runs lately I've started feeling good around 50-55 minutes into the run, regardless of the pace. Not sure if there is a reason for this or not. First mile in 7:00, then several miles at 6:25-6:30, dropping down to 6:05-6:15 for the rest of the run. Finished with half mile in 2:44 feeling strong, good stride. Average HR of 148.

Post-run, the legs feel great. Almost like they're filled with helium. Sounds strange, but they feel light and full of zip. Still icing the knee, just to be safe.

Nice run. If you're feeling good after an hour it speaks well of your endurance. The weather must be cooperating too; Either that or you're just sick of mentioning it. Glad the legs are feeling good.

You're up bright and early! Yeah, the weather is fine--it helps when it's in the 20s and 30s, but the ice being gone is huge. The ice is off the roads for the most part, so traction is back-tion. Massive difference.

Have a good run today. Thanks for stopping by!

29 degrees here so I'm stalling. I don't want to be seen out there in tights but I fear it's inevitable.

Nice run, glad to hear it went well. Nice to have that 'light and full of zip' feeling. Now if you could bottle that and sell it.....

Good run and way to finish strong. Seems like your endurance is there.
