Bread and butter run. Easy running with eight strides in the middle. Strides between 5:30 and 5:00 pace, about 150 to 200 meters each. Felt very smooth and fast. Quads were better, but still not one hundred percent. Good run.

I like the pattern this week, especially today and yesterday. Your fitness is rising just like that bread there. How do you have time to bake, aren't you hanging drywall or doors or something?
Thankfully, I am all done with the drywall. Now it's just weeks of nitpicky trim carpentry and painting.
The bread is AMAZING. It literally takes five minutes to make, and it's hard to screw up, unlike most bread. True to your prediction, here's the recipe. We've made it a bunch of times and haven't screwed up yet. One of the links goes to a video of the process, which is helpful too.
