Recovery run. Got some snow yesterday, so it was slick this morning. The legs were feeling decent--no soreness, just some fatigue which kept the comfortable pace to around 7:10-7:20. Not nearly as cold as yesterday, but the 15+ mph winds were out again. Perfect conditions for a nice slow run. Finished the last three miles on the treadmill at 7:20 pace.

Congratulations on a "very" solid run yesterday, that must leave you happy going into the week?
Yeah, I'm pretty excited about the way things are looking sixteen weeks out. I'm hitting paces at heart rates that line up with about week twelve from my last (failed) build up, which is good, but better than that is I already had been doing a fair amount of tempo work to get to that level. So, I think I'm ahead on both fronts, which is important, because my goals changed significantly as well.
Thanks for the comment.
7:20 recovery pace. Now I'm excited.
