Three mile evaluation plus aerobic miles. Three mile warmup at 6:40ish pace, then 5:47(156), 5:47(159), 5:44(161). Most of the run was with an 8-10mph wind. Felt good, heart rates were good. Recovered to 120 in 48 seconds, and 110 in 1:05. Finished with five at 7:00 pace on the mill.
Decided on 5:47 pace as my evaluation pace, as it is MP+10seconds. Fast enough to get a good read, but not so fast as to require any significant recovery.
