1:07:38 :: 10 miles

Easy run with 4x1min hills on 3 minutes, 2x1min on the flat, strides on 3 minutes at 5:51,5:38,5:38,5:12,5:19,5:38 pace. Used a 6% grade overpass for the hills. Felt good, although the wind made these kind of hard--half of them, anyway. The good feeling faded on number six, so I stopped. Focused on running tall, maintaining turnover, and getting good ankle 'flick'. The rest of the run was uneventful. Felt like crap again for the first three miles, willed myself into the hill runs, then felt better at the end.
