Easy run. Really cold again, although -12F is a blessing compared to -20F. Wearing a facemask really messes up my breathing, and makes even an easy run like this feel like something a lot harder. The effort felt more like one of my moderate ten milers, but at 138 HR average, it's not nearly that hard. Finished with the mask off and 6:23, 6:12 rather than the 6:40 average I was hitting at the same effort with the mask on. Good run anyway.
