Easy run with strides. Did 200 - 400 - 200 - 400 in the middle of the run with full recoveries at about 68-70 second pace. Felt good, strong and relaxed.

Sorry...should have described a bit better. 5K cross country in the park. It's a flat course, all grass, and there are rumors about hay bales. We will see.
Last year I went 16:24 at this race, but the course was significantly different with some sharp hills and lots of hard, flat surface.
