Easy run. Nothing to report. Another good, easy run. A few miles in the 6:00-6:20 range at the end. Standing around HR of 50 this morning. Legs felt good.
First full day of day care for the kids. As King Arthur said in Search for the Holy Grail, 'You make me sad. So be it!'

Good luck with the full-day daycare. Ours starts 9-3 five day pre-kindergarten whatnot next week. Good thing they started advertising back-to-school stuff in June so I wouldn't forget.
