Easy progression run. First four miles were slow, 6:50-7:20 pace, then 6:30-6:40 for the next four, then about 6:25 for the last four. Heart rate averaged
just over 140 138. Still noticing the breathing being a bit harder than I would expect at all paces, although better at 6:30s than at 6:50s. Started the run feeling tired and slow. Felt better once I hit four miles.
Easy four miler in the afternoon.
