Long run. Did 14 around 6:35-6:55 pace then added 3 at 5:50(158), 5:53(159), 5:51(160). Overall average pace was 6:37. Felt okay. Wind was blowing in my face pretty good on the faster portion, which made it feel harder than it should have.
