Easy run. This one was pretty tough after 1:35. No problem with the legs, just overwhelmingly tired. Didn't sleep enough again last night. Need to get to bed before 8:30 if I'm going to be getting up at 3:30. Did recovery routine the last two days, and it seems to be working out well--no soreness, legs feel good the next day.

hi eric, its pretty impressive that you can get out of bed at 3.30am .
i work nights so can go run in the afternoons.I LIKE TO RUN OFF ROAD AND TO MUCH ROAD RUNNING DRIVES ME MAD.what sort of terrain do you train on ? do you have many hills ? do you run loops when you do your long runs?and how do you cope with running in the dark?
i thought i was dedicated to my sport but man your just so driven, AWESOME !
