1:10:00 :: 10.3 miles

Easy run. Feeling pretty good today. Weather is turning cold now--29 this morning--so it's getting to be time to put on the jacket, gloves, etc. Hopefully this year we will have a nice transition, rather than waking up one morning to 12F or something silly like that after 60F the day before. Mmmm...smell that? That's good winter.

There must be something to living in the northern hinterlands, but I am much more motivated and enjoy running so much more as autumn slips into winter. Now, where are those gloves...

I would agree. After training hard through all the seasons (both of them--winter and summer), I much prefer winter.

I hate getting used to it though. =)
