Easy run. Misjudged the out and back and went a few minutes longer than planned. Felt great though. Followed the recovery routine (cold bath, 4:1 drink) the last two days, and it seems to be paying off.

It looks like you are in great shape leading up to your winter base conditioning. I can't wait to read what type of weekly mileage you'll be covering. I also can't wait to hear more about them masks you put on when its cold and windy which make you swear with profanities at 5:00am lol
It's a PR by 1:28 for that course, but I've run quite a bit faster on flatter XC courses--the ones that can also be used for golf. haha
Ah, the facemasks...can't wait. =)
