Its been one hell of a winter and it we are just getting into January. Four more months...

I am going to ask the question even though the obvious answer may require me to wear a dunce cap for the day, so here it goes: what does the 80 on the other side of the 15 represent?

It's not that obvious--good question. That is total miles for the seven day period. It's supposed to give you an idea of the recent volume. My goal is to provide a lot of information in as minimal a way as is possible. I'm not sure it's working, but I'm trying.

Yes, this winter has been something else. I thought I was pretty tough, but I was not ready for January in December, and it kicked my ass. I think I'm starting to come back around and get acclimated. This morning I got too warm in 0F and windy weather with just two layers on. Yippee, making progress.

Thanks. I like the minimalism. It works. Well it works for me now that I have the missing piece.

Too warm in 0F with two layers? You'll be doing the goat dance with Mother Nature before too long.
