Recovery runs. Two very easy runs on the treadmill today, 45 minutes each. Legs feel good, very little residual fatigue from the previous couple of days, so I should be set up for a solid week and building some of that elusive consistency I keep talking about.

I'm enjoying reading your blog, Eric. I keep grumbling about heading out in wet 40-50 degree weather here. I always thought running in ND in the winter was easier beacuse it's at least dry, but after reading about your 20 @ -20 I think I'll take the rain!
Thanks, man. I'm sure after a few days of soaking, bone chilling runs, I'd be ready to get back to my cold, dry air. I'd keep grumbling if I were you! haha
