Good progression run. Still have a ways to go to get back to pre-injury fitness, though. I was able to find my steady comfortable aerobic speed at about 6:30-6:35 pace. This registered an average of just under 145 heart rate. Overall, 6:33 pace, average HR of 150. Last few miles in 6:17, 6:11, 5:54 feeling strong.

This is good stuff. If you're already comfy at 6:30, you kept a great deal of fitness during your brief bike/aquajog stint. Your 20 milers are going to start looking like this soon.
