Long run on the mill. One of the good ones. I think I benefited from doing the moderate ten miler yesterday, which sort of makes this like a back-to-back. Something about doing these one after another makes the long run better.

Hey Eric - great run. Man, that's a long time to be on the treadmill.
Do you have a tentative race schedule for '09 yet?
Way to pound out a long one on the mill. I'm sure that will bode well for racing. Last year, an 18 and 20 miler on the mill just about killed me, so more power to you. Keep up the great training.
