Easy run with hills on the treadmill. Four or five hills at 5% for 3-4 minutes each. Finished with a long stride at 5:30ish pace. Felt decent overall, definitely better than the last couple of days.
Yeah, still on the mill. I'm starting the transition now, though, so I'll slowly build my tolerance back up for the roads (to avoid calf problems) and hopefully avoid any setbacks with The Leg.
