Thomas was wondering what I used for nutrition. Here is the label and formula. I mix it in 125ml bottles, with one scoop of powder to approximately 100ml of water, or 100kcal per bottle. During a long run, I will take one bottle, during a hard long run, I might use three or four, and during a marathon, I use five or six bottles along with one or two gels.

The pains you get in your leg could be a sciatic nerve problems, maybe a visit to a good Chiropractor would have you running pain free in know time!

by7, I added some links to RSS feeds to the sidebar. Thanks for asking, as I wouldn't have thought to do that otherwise. I don't use the Blogger Layouts, because it breaks my CSS code.

What are you using for a treadmill?
I use the BladeZ 715-ME and sometimes a True 450. The 715 goes 5min pace, so I can use it for workouts. After about 9 months of use, I am pretty impressed with the BladeZ, despite the really stupid brand name. I probably would have gotten a Landice if I hadn't gotten such a good price.
Eric- sorry to break the thread by responding to an earlier post, but where did you do your pool rehab running in GF?
Usually at the YMCA, because they opened early (6am), though not early enough for my liking! I went to the Hyslop pool a couple of times, but they don't adhere to the posted schedule, so it's impossible to say when they will actually be open.
