Easy run wearing extra warm clothes. Not as uncomfortable as last week, and heart rate and recovery were better.

    I gather it's still cold then?I think we reached a high of 11C today... spring isn't really here yet.

    Yeah, mornings are still hovering at freezing (-3C to +3C), with daytime highs in the 7C to 15C range. And if it's over 10C, you can bet on a stiff wind to go along with it.

    Spring has not sprung.
