49:00 :: 7 miles

Easy run on the treadmill (watching the women's 10k trials). Didn't get much of a run earlier today at the race, so I wanted to add a few.

    Impressive. You ran 7 miles in the same time they ran 6.2.

    I'll put a few Boags on you running close to 31 on the track (not saying how close yet). That would be nice.
