Here I go changing the format again...

Easy run, felt very good except for a couple of bathroom breaks. Very windy (25mph steady), but decent temps at 15F. Bearable.

    Glad to hear you are on the mend. Although the lack of motivation part is damn hard to overcome. Maybe Big Pharmaceutical can come up with a pill.

    Also glad to see the temps rising for you *breaking out in song* Lord almighty,
    I feel my temperature rising...

    Yes, too bad there isn't a little blue pill to get 'up' for a run! haha

    Scratch that part about the temperature rising...it was -17F this morning. That's not a windchill, either. January has arrived in the Dakotas. Yippee.
